Ken rang as an organic lead that he had seen our site sign on a recently completed job. He liked what we did there and gave us a call to have a look at what we could do with his existing patio area. We quoted to pull down the existing patio, take it away and install a new Stratco cooldeck with 3 down lights and 2 blinds.

Ken rang back a couple of weeks later to say they were accepting the quote and that he was very disappointed with the other patio company’s he contacted for comparison quotes. He informed us that other companies were sloppy and vague in their description of work where as we supplied full set of drawings and a quote that listed everything that was going to be done to the new patio area, which is the reason we got the job.
