Why we use HardieDeck by James Hardie

We know the last thing you want to do is have to regularly maintain your deck, that’s why we used HardieDeck. Developed by James Hardie to reduce the deck maintenance required, HardieDeck is great for a number of reasons:

• You’ll never have to replace rotten or splintered boards – over time timber decks are susceptible to rotting caused by moisture and termites. With HardieDeck, you won’t ever need to worry about damage as it’s made from durable and fibre cement decking board.
• Your deck can be painted numerous different colours or stains to suit your home. You can choose a timber look in stains resembling your favourite woods, like Merbau, Cedar, Oak or Teak. For simpler look, we can clear seal your deck to have a polished concrete look or we can paint your deck a stylish colour to match your home.
• Great for pool decks or other wet areas as the boards are resistant to damage from rot or moisture and are slip resistant.
• Suitable for bushfire prone areas and flame zones. Boards are deemed non-combustible by the National Construction Code (NCC) of Australia.
