Hoffman Family Patio

The Hoffman family had an existing outdated and unloved outdoor area. It was a single skin patio that leaked and was very hot to be under. They wanted to use the outdoor living area all year round and make it like another room of the house.

With this job, we removed the existing single skin roof and replaced with Insulated panel, which made it cool in the Summer and keeps the area warm in Winter. By installing light panels to the insulated sheet this allowed natural light to get into the area and not make it to dark.

We then enclosed the area with half height smooth panel and Fabric roller blinds above. This allows the owners to block out windy miserable weather and then open the area right up when the weather was nice. Allowing for the best of both worlds.
