Blue Mountain Heights Huge Patio & Deck

Reb Elder and his team at All Seasons Renovations built this magnificent huge, wrap-around deck sheltered by a generous patio to enjoy the natural bush surroundings. 

The team created a complementary sandstone feature wall, highland tray that eases into the earth colours of the deck and patio postings. The high tray is smooth, bold and powerful to meet all requirements for the patio electrical, meets the fire regulations and integrates well with the adjoining sections of the housing wall, patio and deck.

The outdoor living area features a surround of large glass panel balustrade creating a total open feel whilst relaxing on the deck, topped with a wide wooden railing, so comfortable to rest your arm on or cuppa in the morning or a drink after work to soak in the  natural surroundings beyond.

The deck material uses the James Hardies Hardiedeck with hidden fixings with a custom walkable paving paint to achieve a durable yet low maintenance deck. The patio is insulated which allows the open area to stay cool during hard sunlight and also allows the back of the house to remain cool as well. The patio is also complemented with black positing to blend in with the surrounding views.
