Our experience dealing with Tim from the start to finish has been nothing but excellent and professional. Tim picked up from the start what we were requiring to have done to suit our needs of a patio and fly over flat roof structure to cover our existing deck. With a thorough understanding of the Queensland Building Codes he developed and had our patio roof area engineered and built to comply with the appropriate codes. Tim and his crew turned up when he said they would and kept us informed when there were any issues. Any issues were promptly overcome and followed up until the project was completed. The project was completed on time and within the projected budget. We are very happy with the final result and I am sure we will be enjoying our patio area for many years to come.
